CONFERENCE CHECKLIST FOR ACC-2010 AUTHORS
 

ALL REGISTRATION MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE ISCA HEADQUARTERS OFFICE 
BEFORE JULY 16, 2010.

EACH PAPER IS EXPECTED TO BE PRESENTED BY AN AUTHOR.

INCLUDE ALL REGISTRATION MATERIALS LISTED BELOW:

1. Camera-ready PDF file of final manuscript e-mailed to:  isca@ipass.net  The paper must be able to print out on
   8 1/2 by 11 inch paper.  The Paper must include the Full Names of ALL authors on your final manuscript.  Do NOT number the pages. 
    
2. Completed ISCA Copyright Form
    
3. AUTHOR Registration Form
    
4. Registration fee (a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank or an International Money Order), or copy of
   purchase order if necessary. Credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) will be accepted.
    
5. A brief biography of the presenter with a picture.
   

If making payment by check, mail Registration Form, signed copyright form and brief bio to:

You can also fax the registration form and fees and signed copyright form to ISCA:  FAX:  919-467-3430. 
You can then e-mail me the camera-ready manuscript in PDF format, along with a brief bio of the
presenter to isca@ipass.net.   You may also scan and email all the registration materials if you prefer,
but faxing your registration form is a much more secure method of security.
