The Florida Hotel & Conference Center is located at The Florida Mall.  This 511 room hotel offers amenities not available at most hotels – including in-room spa treatments, and a Starbucks in our lobby. Located just minutes from the Orlando International Airport, the Orange County Convention Center, and Walt Disney World Resort, we are at the center of everything there is to do in Central Florida!

You are welcomed with warm cherry wood furnishings and duvet bed covers. The Florida Hotel and Conference Center's spacious guest rooms have all of the necessary guest amenities in the bathroom. All guest rooms have high speed internet access as well as, a working desk with a task lamp, flat-screen televisions with in-room movies (TVs not equipped to handle outside electronics), Web TV, iron and board, coffee makers and hair dryers. Guest rooms are available with two full beds or a single king size bed.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

We have arranged a block of rooms at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center. These rooms have been blocked to give you a special conference rate of $108.00 single or double occupancy per day, (+ tax).    For RESERVATIONS call (407) 859-1500, or Toll free: (1-800-588-4656).

Individual call-in guests MUST identify themselves with the  ISCA International Society for Computers and Their Applications at the time of telephone booking  in order to obtain our group rate.

Cancellation Policy: Outside of 72 hours prior to arrival without a penalty of one night's room and tax.  All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.

In order to receive this group rate, it is imperative that individuals indicate the following GROUP: 'ISCA International Society for Computers and Their Applications  when making reservations on or before Thursday, AUGUST 19, 2010. 

CUT-OFF Date for guaranteed guest room reservations is Thursday, AUGUST 19, 2010. Please make your reservations EARLY in order to guarantee a room.  You can cancel your reservation outside of 72 hours prior to arrival without a penalty.  If you cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge 1st night's room and tax. 

After August 19, 2010, all excess rooms will be released back to the hotel for sale on a space and rate availability basis.

TRANSPORTATION: 

SHUTTLE SERVICE:   Approximately $16 one way, $29 round trip.     Approximately $15.00-$20.00 per person one way.  At the airport, proceed outside of baggage claim to shuttle service location for  downtown shuttles.

TAXI:                             Approximately $30-$40.   Approximately $45.00-$50.00

HOTEL PARKING:       There is Valet Parking available for a nominal charge or complimentary self-parking.
