ACCOMMODATIONS and
RESERVATIONS:
We have arranged a block of rooms at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort. These rooms have been blocked to give you a
special conference rate of $150.00 Single/Double +
General Excise Tax, currently 4.712%, as well
as the current 8.25% Transient Accommodation Tax. Rooms will be Partial
Ocean View, and Ocean Front rooms. Category assignment will not be known until
the day of arrival and will be dependent on the availability in each category on
arrival day.
Additional
persons in room, up to four, are at $80.00. Children 17 and under, stay for
free with existing bedding. All rates are subject to General Excise and
Transient Accommodation taxes and all taxes are subject to change.

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m., Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one night's stay is
required to hold an individual's reservation. Such deposit shall serve to
confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be
applied to the first or final night of the reserved stay. These deposits
are refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to
arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be
charged at the time the reservation is made.
In order to receive this group rate, it is
imperative that individuals indicate the following
GROUP:
"ISCA/CATA 2010" when making reservations.
CUT-OFF Date for guaranteed guest room reservations is FEBRUARY 22, 2010
(before 5:00 p.m. local time). Please make your reservations EARLY in
order to guarantee a room. After February 22, 2010, all excess rooms
will be released back to the hotel for sale on an availability
basis.
Early Departure Fee:
In the event that a
guest who has reserved a guest room within
Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date,
an early departure fee of one half of room rate
will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this
fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the
scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon
check-in.

Airport to Hotel:
Take the H1 Freeway heading East to the Nimitz exit and stay on
Route 92 which will take you straight into Waikiki. Stay on
Kalakaua Avenue, lright on Lewers, immediate left onto Don Ho Lane. Self
parking on right.
Hotel to Airport:
Take a left onto Royal Hawaiian Avenue then turn right onto Kaiulani Avenue.
Get into left lane and turn left onto Kaiulani Avenue and a left on the Ala Wai. Then
take a left on Niu Street straight across to Ala Moana Blvd and follow
Ala Moana to Airport.
PARKING: Current rate is $26.00 per day (self parking) for
in/out privileges for guests of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, subject to change without notice.
PLACES TO SEE:
There is plenty to do and see on the island of Oahu. Guided tours, rental cars, and reservations for special events may be arranged through the hotel's Travel and Entertainment Center located in the lobby area. Oahu also has excellent public transportation and for about two dollars for a roundtrip ride, one can circle the entire island on "The Bus" (Oahu's municipal transport company).

HONOLULU ZOO
Since it was founded in 1914, the Honolulu Zoo has grown
from a small animal shelter to a large zoological and botanical
garden with more than 1,500 animals. A wide variety of reptiles
and mammals as well as over 150 species of exotic birds are on

KAPIOLANI PARK
A perfect picnic spot at the foot of Diamond Head Crater,
Kapiolani Park is also the site of action-packed soccer and rugby
games on the weekends. In addition to picnic tables and tennis
courts, the park has a large bandstand and amphitheatre (Waikiki
Shell) suitable for symphony concerts and other musical events.
Kapiolani Park remains the home of the Kodak Hula Show, a free
performance presented several times a week (10 a.m. each Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday).
WAIKIKI AQUARIUM
2777 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu. The Aquarium, located ocean side
in Kapiolani Park, is home to 1,800 marine animals from Hawaii
and the tropical Pacific. Go eye to eye with sleek blacktip reef
sharks in our "Hunters of the Reef" exhibit, or come
face to face with an endangered Hawaiian monk seal. 923-9741 .
OTHER INTERESTING SIGHTS IN HONOLULU INCLUDE:
IOLANI PALACE
King and Richards Streets, Honolulu. The only state residence of
royalty in the United States has been fully restored. It was
built in 1882 by King David Kalakaua, one of the last Hawaiian
monarchs, and once served as the seat of Hawaii's territorial and
state governments. 538-1471
KAWAIAHAO CHURCH
The oldest church in Hawaii, Kawaiahao Church was the scene of
many events during the Monarchy. Today, services are still being
conducted in both Hawaiian and English. Guided tours are
available and church services are open to the public.
BISHOP MUSEUM and PLANETARIUM
1525 Bernice Street, Honolulu. This is Hawaii's largest and
best-known museum, and a "don't miss" cultural
experience for anyone interested in Hawaiian history. The museum
offers numerous traveling exhibitions and, until April, the
planetarium. There are Hawaiian music and dance performances and
Hawaiian crafts demonstrations. 847-3511 (about 35 minutes from

ARIZONA MEMORIAL AND VISITOR CENTER
One Arizona Memorial Place, Pearl Harbor. While designed as a
shrine to the men who died in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor
on December 7, 1941, the visitor center is essentially a museum
of memorabilia, historic photos, and news clippngs to "a day
that will live in infamy." 422-0561 (approximately 45

DOLE CANNERY
650 Iwilei Road, Honolulu. See the fascinating "Pineapply
Story" multimedia show depicting the life of Jim Dole and
his famous Dole Pineapple Factory. 523-2236
DOLE PLANTATION
64-1550 Kamehameha Highway, Wahiawa. A perfect stop on your
circle island tour. Look at the beautiful plantation house
surrounded by pineapple fields. Learn the fascinating story of
pineapple and see the variety garden with pineapples from all

POLYNESIAN CULTURAL CENTER
55-370 Kamehameha Highway, Laie. The only place in the world
where you can visit seven island villages - Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti,
Samoa, the Marquesas, New Zealand and old Hawaii -- in one
