AUTHOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Manuscripts to be presented at the conference and published in the proceedings of the conference must be submitted in the format prescribed.
The maximum length for Regular Papers is 6 pages. Additional pages cost $60.00 per page with a maximum of 2 pages.  NOTE:  All authors 
must electronically send a PDF file of their manuscript to:  isca@ipass.net using their paper code number as the File name (example:  135.pdf).

ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS MUST BE PRESENTED BY AN AUTHOR.

In the case of multi-authored papers, one author must register at the full registration rate for the paper to be considered for presentation at the
conference. If an author has more than one accepted paper, he/she must pay the full registration fee plus extra page charges, if any.
Each additional paper costs half the full registration fee plus extra page charges, if any.

** There will be a $25.00 registration fee for student attendees (please complete ATTENDEE Registration Form). The $25.00 student fee applies
only to students attending but not presenting a paper OR students attending and presenting a paper for which a FULL Author Registration fee
has been paid.

All authors must fully register by MAY 16, 2008.   Manuscripts received after this date will not be published in the proceedings
of this conference.

If your organization must send the registration fee separately, you MUST include a copy of your purchase order to show payment is coming.

The conference full registration fee includes refreshments, a luncheon, and one copy of the conference proceedings in CD format. Student registration
($25.00) is for attending the sessions only. Additional Luncheon Tickets may be purchased for $50.00, and the CD may be purchased for $50.00/$75.00. 

The PROCEEDINGS will be distributed at the conference in CD format.  Proceedings not picked up at the conference will be shipped
to you upon receipt of your payment of a $60.00 (U.S.) postage/handling fee per CD.

Please make your check or money order (in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. Bank) payable to ISCA.

MasterCard/Visa/American Express will be accepted.    Registration Fees are non-refundable.
